Horseback Riding
How my girls LOVE horses. Especially Hannah. Since she was 6 months old and I remember her crying over a stuffed horse she has always been mesmerized with them. Her first horse party was at 3 years old. Sadly they don’t know it but Mom has a fear of riding horses. Not being around them fortunately just riding them. Seems Lacey is a huge horse person too! What happened to me? Her friend had her party at this farm and everyone had a blast. The girls took a long hand lead (by me and Lacey) walk down a somewhat muddy trail. 😉 Hannah was so sweet afterwards. She fell in love with the brown and white spotted one you see her standing near from a distance. He was all on his own as it seems he was blind. She was just so sweet with him when none of the other kids even showed any interest. Katie of course loves all animals and made the rounds feeding each carrots and any other vegetable she could find.
When I grow older…
During one of our ever repetative conversations I was again saying how the girls MUST STOP GROWING! Katie’s response was “next year I will be 9, then I will be 10, then I will be 11, THEN I WILL GET BOOBS!” Lord help me!
HOOP JAM!!!!!!!!!
One of our favorite spring/summer activities. Fortunately we got in for the spring but with Katie having gymnastics the same night this year we’ll see. But they do LOVE it so… How can you not love bubbles the size of cars, adults and kids hula hooping every where, performers doing their thing and just running shoe free through the grass. At least in the summer if not spring.
