William Hules 12.15.1971-12.27.2023

William Hules born December 15, 1971. Son of Katie Hules and James Hules of Pasadena, Ca. William is survived by his father James Hules, children Ashley Hules, James Hules II, Bryce Hules, step daughter Colby, sister Theresa Hules Baisley, Step brother Doug Pierce, and Step sister Diane McKinney. Born in California he spent his early years in Pasadena with his beloved Grandmother and parents. In first grade he moved to Houston where he would spend the rest of his childhood. He enjoyed little league when he was in elementary and moved on to football in middle and High school but above all he was a huge military history buff. He would watch any war movie he could get his hands on and was an avid researcher. His youth was spent climbing trees, playing in the mud, catching snakes and running around the neighborhood. He had a great sense of humor and kept his family laughing, always being the wit and charm of the family.

Upon moving on from high-school he joined the army where he was stationed in Panama during the Noriega days. He met his first wife there and they moved back after his tour to the states to Memphis, TN where he started his college education. He had two children Ashley and James here. He shared a lawn care business with this brother for many years until moving back to Texas after his divorce. Here he met this second wife. Living in Abilene he started another business that was wildly successful and had one last child Bryce. He enjoyed many years in Abilene before making his last move back to his beloved California to be closer to this mother and sister and where he met his last true love Linda. He was in the process of getting his nursing degree and worked with disabled patients when he met his untimely death. But his life during this time was the most settled and happy of all his stages of life. He made the most of this time traveling, shooting and participating in extreme sports. He was happy with his career and ongoing education, helping others and surrounded by friends and most of all, love.
